Well, I'm pissed off Rick, how are you?!

So it all began with me purchasing a Sandisk Memory Stick Duo Pro 1GB from blueproton.co.uk on Ebay. A power seller with a 99% rating.

Once I got the Memory Stick I plugged it in to my PSP and started copying files.
It seemed to work fine, but then I got the error message "Incorrect parameter" and the PSP no longer recognized the Memory Stick.

Oh well, I thought. I'll buy a card reader and format it that way, that should work.

No go. Nothing worked, it couldn't read my card at all. I tried 5 different programs to no avail.

So I contact the seller and he gives me instructions on how to return the item to get a replacement. I follow this to the letter.

That was 3 weeks ago. I still havenn't received my replacement and he's ignored my emails. I got no help from PayPal and Ebay hasn't even responded to my emails.

The seller has sold items after I emailed him so he should still be active. I'm just so pissed at being ripped off like this and having no way to do anything about it. His site doesn't list any address or telephone number; just a form on the website which he ignores.

I'm hoping for the slim chance that he's in the hospital or something and that's why this has happened....

No explanation to anything.

I'll believe it when I see it.
